Why Are Side Sleeper Pillows Important

If you predominantly sleep on your side (i.e. you are a side sleeper) as opposed to sleeping on your back or front have you considered the type of pillows you are using. If you are using traditional pillows you may have been using the incorrect kind of pillows for your sleeping position, and it might be evaluate pillows designed specifically for side sleepers. Many people experience aches or crimps in certain parts of their body when they wake up. It is possible that this isn’t just down to  the sleeping position that you are used to, but the type of pillow that you use is causing issues.

This is why most pillow types are made to suit side sleepers. It is important when sleeping to adjust your sleeping position so that your weight is evenly distributed and that your body is not suspended in an unnatural position.
