About Kaymed

Kaymed have over a century’s expertise at the forefront of mattress innovation and are the leading innovator in patented temperature regulating technologies.
We are also unique; in that we manufacture many of the internal materials used to produce our comprehensive range of mattresses in house.

Our extensive knowledge and development of revolutionary new materials mean that we are the industry leaders in temperature regulation and these products have already altered the shape of the North American bed industry.
Kaymed are longstanding members of the National Bed Federation, which is the recognised trade association for mattress and bed manufacturers based in the British Isles.

All NBF members must abide by a strict code of practice, that includes regular factory auditing and product testing to ensure members products are manufactured to the highest possible standards. So even in the event whereby you decide to buy an alternative product that is not manufactured by Kaymed, we would always recommend that you ensure your chosen item is manufactured by a fellow NBF member.

Kaymed were awarded the Best Bed Supplier award (mid-price) by Big Furniture Group magazine in Spring 2023, and are former winners of the National Bed Federation Manufacturer of the year award. These important accolades recognise the advances that Kaymed have made with a winning strategy of continued product innovation in new technologies, that has resulted in 93% customer satisfaction from those who sleep in a Kaymed bed.
